If you haven't heard, H&M launched their online store to the USA. I was really excited and jumped on a blouse that I've been admiring in stores, but were sold out in my size. When H&M online had 25% off and free shipping I ordered it right away. (I talked about it here.) I wish I could've used my store credit, but they currently do not accept store credit or gift cards.
I'm usually really excited for packages, but this one took over two weeks to arrive. I guess the excitement turned into annoyance especially since the online tracking system page wasn't loading on my computer or my phone.
The blouse arrived, I took a good look at it - it reminded me of a hospital gown! Whenever I see it in stores, it's a flowy blouse calling for me. Maybe it was the sleeve length and possibly the color and pattern combination that made me not like the blouse. Nevertheless, it was returned...in stores for store credit as I didn't want to spend $6 for shipping. (H&M stores currently do not accept online returns.) I figured since I shop at H&M so often, I'll be able to use the store credit without any problems.
