Black Friday shopping was pretty much a bust (in a way). A few of my friends and I headed to two malls at 11:30pm Thanksgiving night and stayed out till 6:30am Friday morning. The malls were swamped, parking was terrible, store inventory was strewn all over. I just didn't have the motivation to look around. The sales/clearance ranks was filled with summer-like clothing and all the cute stuff was not in my size. That night I bought one item: a scarf. On Cyber Monday I bought a pair of running shorts using the extra 40% off coupon + Free shipping.

Although this Black Friday shopping trip wasn't as successful as I hoped, I think November was a successful shopping trip. See
the first half of my November shopping recap. I've added a few pieces in my wardrobe that I know will be rotating throughout winter and into 2013. I think next year for Black Friday I will stay at home and click around. Much simpler.
