Happy Monday to you all!

I didn't think I was going to blog today, but so much happened so I thought why not. Let me get to the exciting stuff: I woke up rather energized! Crazy I know, it's Monday for goodness sake! My day carried on as any other rainy Monday until we got hit with a campus wide black out. This meant the automatic toilets did not flush, nor did the sinks run, and of course, no lighting in the windowless bathrooms. I continue along with my day walking through the almost pitch black hallways. (I'm smart, I keep a flashlight on my keys.) Two minutes before my last class was dismissed, people were shuffling their papers getting ready to leave and we were hit with an earthquake. Nothing too bad -- 3.80. My professor scared me because he said, "What's next?" After class I decided to ditch work to get gas. (I am a paranoid freak if you haven't noticed.) There was a super long line out of the campus parking lot, but I manage to get to the gas station and home in one piece. Go me!

Today marks the 105th Anniversary of the 1906 Earth Quake in San Francisco. We were greeted with a shaky hello from Mother Nature.
