Where have I been? I have not fallen off the corners of the earth. I have in lounging around Bunny's place for the past week while he finished up school before Thanksgiving break. And we are now finally home. I missed home. I finished school a week earlier than he did so I thought I'd keep him company. Alright - I just wanted some company. I brought my camera and I totally intended to take outfit pictures, but I just have been so busy with my new schedule - eat, shower, sleep, and repeat, that I had no time. Did you know with all this sleep I've been getting, at least 12 hours a night, my bags did not get any better. What is up with that!?!
I will restart outfit pictures really soon, but in the mean time, why don't we get to know each other a little better by sharing what you are thankful for this year. Feel free to share as many things as you wish =]
Remember to eat enough to last you through Black Friday shopping!
But if you rather stay home and shop through clicks, Cookie Lee by Katie is offering a free ring watch to the first person who makes a $100+ purchase from her site. Go!

Here is a handful + one of my favorites.
Left to Right: 1st Row: Frye Paige Tall Riding Boots ($348), Jessica Simpson ($89), Cole Haan ($448)
I LOVE to Swiffer. This is what I do before I study. I love to run around the house pushing the swiffer along with me. My favorite is swiffering the stairs, especially when Skippy leaves a lot of hair behind him. Gross, I know. But it feels so good when everything is nice and clean!
Bunny and I live in a very calm neighborhood, but for some reason, tonight it was not the case. There were a bunch of hooligans outside making ruckus so we couldn't take my picture outside. I settled to take the picture behind the gate.
Top: Forever 21
Sweater: knitted by my late Great Grandmother
Jeans: Forever 21
Boots: Nicole via Ross
Belt: Brighton pinched from Mom's Collection
This outfit was inspired Tessa from Totally Tessa. Tessa is a high school student with a very unique and modest style. You definitely need to check out her blog.
This vest is super soft and super cozy. It keeps me warm in this foggy city of mine.
I haven't worn this vest for almost a year. This piece brings back a lot of memories of my Great Grandmother whom I called Bhak-Bhak. She lived a colorful 96 years. She knitted this vest for me. I really wish I have more of her pieces. Maybe I should learn...
I lie. This is what I wore on Tuesday, not Wednesday. I just didn't have time to post it up. Shame on me.
I am not very good at layering. I always wonder if the combination would look weird, but when I see others layer, I think they must be layering geniuses. I was going to wear a black long sleeve under my sweater, but Bunny said gray would look better. This was over the phone, not on face-time chat that fancy iPhone 4 people have, just a regular telephone conversation, so he had no idea which black sweater I was talking about. (I own A LOT of black.) What do you guys think? Did Bunny make a good decision?
Jeans: Charlotte's Ruse
The boots were my idea. It's too cold to wear flats right now.

Bunny came home today. I picked him up, I even made the drive down and back. Yes, I am the man. We headed over to his grandmothers for dinner. I love her. Can I call her adorable? She is possibly one of the cutest grandmothers I have ever met. She's also super stylish! See the red sofas? The Zebra pillows?
Here is me blinking.

Skippy was not too happy about this:

Top: Ann Taylor Loft
Jeans: Forever 21
Bag: Louis Vuitton
This LV bag is handed down to me from my mom. There is no way I can afford a bag as nice as this right now. My mom splurged when she was in college, used it a few times, and had it wrapped for safe keeping until she gave it me. This bag is in practically in mint condition minus the few aging spots due to the copper. (The bag is older than I am!)
I literally just woke up, kinda. I was falling asleep at work.
Cardigan: Old Navy
Belt: Mom's when she was in college
Necklace: Tiffany & Co. Initial J
This is one of my favorite elastic belts. My mom gave me a large portion of her belt collection almost a decade ago. I was naive teenager and I threw some out because the elastic bands were stained. WHAT?! Crazy - I know! I regret this. I could have easily change the band. Why, Justine, why!!
While the little devil inside continues to guilt trip me, here is a closer view of the belt and dress I wore today. Click here to see another belt or here for a another two.
I am the type of person who likes to go to sleep early the night before the beginning of the school week. I like to think it will make me start off the week fresh and energized. Well I got the fresh and energized part, but my car did not. My car did not start this morning. (Okay, this is the part where I begin ranting.) I was panicking so I thought okay maybe I will just take the other car so I grab my parking permit and dump it into my book bag. Then I realize that my door would not close because I have a frameless window and the window wouldn't budge down when I tried to close the door. So I called my uncle to see if he could quickly come look at my car. On his way over, I started heading to the other car I climb in to see if the keys were in the car and they were, I turn around to grab my book bag with my parking permit in hand and I can't find my other car keys for the life of me. (The inside of my bag is black, and I didn't turn on the garage lights.) So I dump my parking permit in my bag (without looking) and open the car door to see if my other car keys were in there. They were not. Then I turn back around to double check my bag and there they were - at the bottom. Then I loose my parking permit. My uncle arrives, I tell him I lost my parking permit while trying to look for my keys. We looked for a few minutes, but he decided to go and look at my unstarted car. While he's trying to figure out what's wrong with my car, I flip my bag inside out trying to look for the parking permit. I looked under the bag, under the car in the garage, I flipped though the pages of my folder and notebooks - it was no where in sight. About 10 minutes later, he jumps my car and then finds my parking permit on the floor against the coat cabinet. My uncle saved the day. I even made it to class ON time. You can very well guess that I ran to class after I parked my car.
My camera has been acting up. It will NOT focus so this is the best shot I have. I will deal with the camera another day. I am too wiped out from the morning. It's been one of those days for me. I hope the rest of you are having a Happy Monday!
